Christopher M. Mirabile

Mr. Mirabile is the Managing Director of Race Point Capital Group LLC, an angel investment group, as well as the Managing Director of Race Point Capital Fund I, both of which are focused on seed and early-stage investments in the high technology and green technology areas. In addition to his work with Race Point Capital, Mr. Mirabile is active with other Boston-area angel groups. Mr. Mirabile is the former CFO & General Counsel of IONA Technologies PLC, a Nasdaq-listed provider of mission critical enterprise infrastructure software to Global 2000 companies. IONA was acquired by Progress Software in 2008. Before joining IONA, Mr. Mirabile was a member of the corporate department of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, where he represented both private and publicly-owned companies on corporate and securities law, public and private securities offerings & financings and mergers & acquisitions. While at Testa, Hurwitz, Mr. Mirabile represented IONA in its initial public offering. Prior to obtaining his law degree, he was a management consultant with Price Waterhouse's Strategic Consulting Group.

Mr. Mirabile is an Executive-In-Residence at Northeastern University's College of Business where he is involved in the design and delivery of executive training materials. He is the President of the Association of Corporate Counsel - Northeast. Mr. Mirabile was honored as one of the 2007 "In-House Leaders" in the Northeast by the editors of New England In-House Magazine, and won the Annual Alumni Award given by the Business and Law Society, Boston College Law School in 2008. Mr. Mirabile is a Business Advisory Council Member, Boston College Law School, an Advisory Board Member of the Boston University School of Management Executive Business Education for Lawyers and an Editorial Board Member, New England In-House Magazine.

Mr. Mirabile has his J.D. from Boston College Law School ('94) and his B.A., with honors, from Colgate University.
